Pick the planner that fits your trip
Same app, four ways in. Each guide goes deeper on one kind of planning.
Everything a trip needs, in one place
Most trips are planned across five places at once: a notes app for ideas, a spreadsheet for costs, a chat for decisions, screenshots for bookings and a camera roll for the memories. TripsCircle puts them in one trip.
Plan holds the days and stops. Budget tracks what was spent and who owes whom. Pack covers personal and shared lists. Photos keeps the trip gallery, and once the trip is done it joins your Travel Atlas, a private map of everywhere you have been.
Start anywhere
From a question, an idea or a route
Know where you are going? Tap Create and enter the destination and dates. Still deciding? Browse Explore for curated routes, or, with Premium, tell Trip Copilot your dates, budget and pace and let it draft the trip for you to edit.

Plan, pay, pack
The practical parts, handled
Add stops with times and booking details, log expenses with equal or custom splits, and keep packing lists with an owner for every shared item. It all works the same whether you are traveling solo or with a crew of ten.

Remember it
Keep the story after you are home
Each trip has a shared photo gallery: 30 photos on Free, 500 on Premium. Completed trips become part of your Travel Atlas, with countries, cities, distance and a recap of the current year you can share as a link.

Trip planner questions
What is TripsCircle?
TripsCircle is a group trip planner for iPhone. One trip holds the shared itinerary, crew chat, polls, expenses, packing lists, live maps and the memories afterward.
Is the trip planner free?
Yes. The free plan includes shared trips and itineraries, expenses, packing lists, crews of up to 10 people, 30-photo trip galleries, a basic Travel Atlas, the current-year recap and standard sharing.
What does Premium add?
Premium adds Trip Copilot, crews larger than 10 people, 500-photo galleries, Travel Atlas filters and analytics, previous-year recaps, premium themes, exports and advanced route tools. It costs $4.99 per month or $39 per year in the U.S. with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; your local App Store price is shown before you buy.
Can I plan a trip by myself?
Yes. Choose Solo when you create the trip. Solo trips include the same planning, budget, packing, photo and map tools without crew invitations or group chat.
Where do the trip ideas come from?
Explore publishes 182 curated routes, each with a suggested duration, destination order, notable stops and best season. They are inspiration rather than live travel advice, so verify hours, reservations, prices and conditions before you go.
Who can see my trip?
You choose. Public trips can be discovered by anyone, Friends trips by your TripsCircle friends, and Private trips only by invited travelers. You can also hide a trip from feeds separately.
